The terms are usually 12 to 15% interest for a term of 12 to 24 months. Payments during the term are interest only and there is no pre-payment penalty (lender must receive 6 months of interest payments). You can even build an interest reserve account into the loan to make the payments for you. More good news…these loans typically close in 14 to 30 days!
